A young man from the South finds himself, unwillingly, enlisted in the ranks of the fighters of the Republic of Salò. Through him, we experience the terrible rifts of that historical period: twenty months of horror in the civil war, one of the few testimonies about events, passions, and confusions of that time that still maintain an undeniable authenticity. A story that narrates the events of the Liberation war from a completely different perspective than what we are accustomed to.
