VIABILITY
Wednesday 19 June
Piazzale Porto and the first section of Lungolago Diaz (up to Largo Faselo Bitinico) will be vacated from 08.00 am
Friday 21 June
From 22:00 will be cleared Lungolago Diaz (up to Vicolo Olivi)
Saturday 22 June
From 06:00 am, Via Marconi (parking areas on the west and east side) and Piazzale Europa will be cleared
Roads entering the peninsula:
Saturday 22 June from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, there will be restrictions on vehicular traffic except for authorized ones.
A roadway filter will be activated at the entrance to the municipal area:
at Via Verona and Via 1866 for those coming from Peschiera del Garda
and in Via Brescia (roundabout with Via Comunità Europee) for those coming from Desenzano del Garda.
The hamlet of Lugana is reachable and not affected by the route with the exception of Via San Martino della Battaglia.
Via Brescia will be closed to traffic in the section between Via Comunità Europee and Piazza Unità d’Italia from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
The whole area of Bremen will be freely accessible from Via Matteotti and Via Divisione Acqui.
N.B access to the peninsula will be limited to residents only, guests of accommodation facilities and customers of catering activities.
The alternative routes will be indicated at the Sirmione entrances of Via Verona and Via Brescia respectively.
Shuttle Bus Route: terminus in Piazzale Europa, along Via XXV Aprile, Via Colombare, turn into Piazza Mercato, Via Roma (stops marked on the spot) and return to Piazzale Europa.
The Taxi service will instead be moved to the Via Marconi approximately in front of the Montebaldo parking lot.
