SUMMER 2019: SCALIGERO CASTLE AND CATULLO CAVES IN SIRMIONE, VILLA ROMANA ADESENZANODEL GARDA “OPEN FOR HOLIDAYS”

Extraordinary openings Castello and Grotte di Catullo, museums of the Polo Museale of Lombardy on Lake Garda. Thanks to the 2019 development plan approved in recent days by the Museum Center of Lombardy against a special funding from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities, starting from July and throughout the summer the Grotte di Catullo and the Castello Scaliger of Sirmione and the Roman Villa of Desenzano del Garda will extend their opening hours. In fact, the usual weekly closings will be suspended and some evening extensions will be introduced to guarantee the ever growing public more opportunities to visit. Ticket costs will remain unchanged. Here in detail the extensions of the opening hours scheduled for the three museums.

SCALIGERO CASTLE OF SIRMIONE
July and August 2019: every Monday from 9.30 to 13.30.
Ticket office closing 45 ‘before.

CATULLO CAVES AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM OF SIRMIONE
From 2 July to 17 September 2019: every Tuesday from 10.00 to 14.00
From 26 July to 6 September 2019: every Friday from 7.00pm to 10.00pm. Ticket office closing 45 ‘before.

VILLA ROMANA AND ANTIQUARIUM OF DESENZANO DEL GARDA
August 2019: every Monday from 2.00pm to 6.00pm.
Ticket closing 30 ‘before.
