Christmas – New Year – Epiphany in Sirmione

Sirmione does not stop even in winter, the Pearl of the Lake is ready to offer a series of events even at Christmas time thanks to the efforts of Cars Promotion Hotel Sirmione and Desenzano.

Come and experience the magic of Christmas in Sirmione!

To kick off the Christmas Eve will be a concert of “Dada Swing” Band of Brescia 7 musicians, ready to let you experience the atmosphere of the 20s. At the end you can enjoy good mulled wine and mouthwatering risotto forgetting the harsh winter temperatures.
Following the 26 December 27 and on 2 and 3 January 2016 await days of Magic with street artists united in the most beautiful choreography of Christmas between Sirmione and Desenzano: illusionists, fire juggling and flying acrobats, to discover the fairytale Castello Sirmione and the charming center of Desenzano.

Since December 26, 2015 al January 3, 2016 will also be a service of special connection with the boat between Desenzano and Sirmione.

New Year in Sirmione

Celebrate the New Year in the square, starting at 22, in Colombare, square Montemurro, including music,
shows and ice skating.
Do not miss the spectacular fireworks on January 2 at 18:00 in the Old Town and the
Traditional Bonfire of the Epiphany, Wednesday, January 6, 17:30, at the sports field in Via Verona,
Lugana.

Finally on Jan. 2, 2016 Sirmione will perfect backdrop to a show organized by Fireworks Traders Sirmione.

Christmas and New Year in music in Sirmione

Christmas in Sirmione is filled with music and magic, with Simone to Ani the winner of Italy’s Got Talent 2015!
It starts with the music: Saturday, December 12 at 16.00, at the Palazzo dei Congressi, will stage the musical “Mary Poppins, a strange nanny”, made to primary school of Sirmione, while the Pro Loco has decided to brighten your Spiritual holidays with Merry Xmas: a spiritual evening with the recital “For wings”, Saturday, December 19, 20:45, Church of St. Francis in Colombare songs and traditional Christmas concert in the “signs of hope”, Saturday, Jan. 2 21:00 Church of Santa Maria in Lugana.
To enter more and more in the Christmas Sunday, December 20 “Christmas Concerts” with the Choir of St. Mary of the Snow, the Choir of St. Francis and the Choir of St. Mary Immaculate, at 20:45, Church of Santa Maria della Neve.
December 24 at 23.00 in the square Carducci for traditional Christmas greeting with music of Dada Swing.
The magic will invade the streets of Sirmione and Colombare, with Simone to Ani and his amazing street artists, who between fire, acrobatics and magic fill with awe and wonder your Christmas will be in Colombare Dec. 26, from 15.00 to 19.00 and in Old Town on December 27, 2 and 3 January, always from 15.00 to 19.00.
Protagonist sport with ice rink, open every afternoon from 14.00 to 19.00 and on weekends until 22.00, and the Sports Gala, Friday, December 18 at 19.00, at the Palazzo dei Congressi, with large and unforgettable champions ever.
